Policies
Our service is hypnosis sessions and packages of hypnosis sessions as well as Reiki healing sessions.
Single sessions
For hypnosis, we strongly believe that single sessions are unfair to the client. It IS true that great changes can be made in a single session – BUT additional work is always needed to make those wonderful changes stick. And some packages have so much content that they cannot be fit into fewer sessions. While there may be exceptions, e.g. a returning client wanting a “top-up”, we do not offer single session hypnosis work.
Payment
Payment is in advance, in full. If need be, this can be spread over time, but the sessions will not start until payment in full is received.
Cancellation or re-scheduling of sessions
Sessions can be re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that it is treated as a no-show.
Late or No-Show
Your session time starts at the scheduled time. If you’re late, you missed out. If you don’t show up at all, you’ve missed out. It IS possible to schedule another session – there will be an additional fee. Note that missing, say, one session out of a 4-session package can seriously reduce the impact that the package will have for you. Each package is carefully designed to give you full and maximum benefit.
