She also works to improve focus and pre-performance nervousness, remove mental blocks, regain confidence after setbacks, increase motivation, regain the joy of making music, perform like you practice and negative thought-stopping.
While her main focus is on musicians, the same tools and session structure work equally well with other high-performers.
Many professional musicians spend a meaningful amount of their practice time working on their MINDSET. Visualization is often used to imagine the desired result. For each component of a performance, the musician will visualize the perfect movements, seeing and feeling all of their muscles, each minor movement and adjustment through each step. By repeatedly visualizing these perfect movements, the body will be able to accomplish just that during a performance. Hypnosis and self-hypnosis are tools to make visualizations more powerful.
